any advice?

Sam and I have decided that it is time to buy property and start building a new home, which means putting this house on the market. I'm kind of nervous about all the finances (mostly because I've never done anything that big) and the steps that go in to getting a house ready to sell or settling house plans. Anyone have any advice on the topic?

My only advice is to be sure and have your current home sold before you start building. You can always live in an apartment while building. That way, you won't have to be concerned about paying two mortgages.

I was going to get this same template...but didn't. Lucky you...

Ok, so I have more advice. First, watch "Designed to Sell" on HGTV. They paint every wall a neutral color. Which brings me to my second piece of advice, use Valspar paint. It is low odor and environmentally safe. It might be better to use that brand with a baby in the house.
