So today was trying..Jack fussed most of the day because he was so tired yet refused to sleep. So our day was spent mostly with myself trying to rock, sing or talk the baby into sleep and him screaming every time he had an inkling he was about to be put in his crib. After several hours of that I gave up and decided to try out some crafty business. We got out some tempra paint, watered it down and started to practice finger painting. I couldn't take many pictures during the process, but this kept him giggling for like 30 minutes...esp. when I stuck his toes or fingers on the squishy sponge to get them all painted up.

Is he sitting up? Cause that's what it looks like, and all I can think is he was just born the other day, he can't be sitting up already! I gotta see this boy more often. Love ya.
yes...he started pushing away from us and sitting up on his own about a week ago. he will also grab your hands and pull himself right up on his feet. sam's convinced that he is going to skip crawling and go right into walking...
