It was painfully brought to me attention today that it has been 17 days since my last post, apparently a monthly post is not acceptable. Everything is go well with our little family though. Most of our days are filled with work and sleep..we both actually felt the need to go to bed at 6:30 last night, that's right Saturday night. We are such the young and happening couple.
We went for our doctor's appointment on Friday, everything seems to be going well. We did have to spend several minutes convincing this woman that I am not actually under my starting weight. I had a lot of stuff in my pockets that day, the dangers of wearing scrubs. Anyway I have to gain two more pounds before she will get off my back about it! We did sneak an ultrasound the night before at AHEC ( the clinic I work in), it was so adorable!! I still can't get over the weirdness of seeing some alien like creature moving around inside of you that you can't feel. At one point we caught a glimpse of the baby leaning back and sucking on "it's" hand, as soon as we started giggling the baby turned out and looked as if it was trying to get as far away from us as possible. Unfortunately, we were unable to get a glimpse of anything else....the sex is still unknown. I am sadly less determined that the baby is a girl. Initially I felt an incredible surge of hormones telling me that it was definetly a girl, but now I'm undecided. Though all this week I've been freaking out about 13 years from now when the daughter that I'm destined to have wants to go to her first little dance or on a little well chaperoned date, she is going to want to put on make up and more than likely Sam's not going to be able to help at all. That means that it will fall on me, I have had several years to learn how to apply make up but unfortunately am ridiculously bad at it. My poor, could be daughter is going to end up looking like a hag or a dinosaur. Very bad.....

I have made some improvements to the site. To aide Katie to get to her sister's blog faster i have included a "Check these out" link. The word "these" implies that there will be more links added in the future so be looking for that. For those that can't view this link, then i guess your not on the list....i didnt make the rules. sorry. I also placed a poll. Katie has had several dreams where she is having kittens, and one where our child turned out japanese....i still think the baby will be a boy! Everyone reading this should feel obligated to vote for boy.

So if we did free all the cows where would they go? There would be cows everywhere! Would they get jobs? I think they would just be cows and loaf about. In the road, in the yards, in the living room....Thus i suggest that we do not free the cows. And even if a cow was free, I doubt M would grant double 0 status.
